Step Two: Determine Cooperation Intention
After the customer determines the budget, style and demands, we make an accurate quotation, and the customer pays a deposit or full payment and signs the "Order Information Confirmation".

Step 3: Decide on the design

Our jewelry designers will take your ideas, drawings and images and work with you to create a design concept. We select the required materials and enter the production process, communicate with customers in real time to determine the details, and sign the "Jewelry Product Customized Design Confirmation".

Step 4: CAD/Wax Model

Once your design concept is finalized and your order is placed, we will create a wax or computer (CAD) model that shows a multi-angle rendering of your piece. An image of your wax figure or CAD model will be sent to you.

Step 5: Finished product and delivery

After we complete the production, we will take photos to confirm with you. Then according to your needs, we will pay the balance first and then send the goods by express delivery. We will require the logistics company to sign for the goods in person to ensure the safety of the products. However, we most welcome customers to come to our store for face-to-face transactions.
